Uzbekistan celebrates 33 years of independence (photos)

Uzbekistan celebrated the 33rd independence anniversary on 1 September. Speaking at the celebration in Tashkent, president Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized the importance of unity, education and continued democratic reforms in the face of global challenges.
